It states that you get two knives per charge. Gamblers gives two knives with this exotic, so does natural regeneration. Therefore one would assume that getting a kill while radiant with a knife would refresh that knives charge, since every charge is actually 2 for the price of one.
Thousand cuts + Ophidia Spathe is currently the best combo outside of Gunslinger top tree for pvp and bottom tree for pve. (Solar Hunter) The Ahamkara exotics for hunter are trash in D2. The spine should've given us 2 trip mines instead we got only 1 that isn't any stronger damage wise but it's a tiny bit harder to destroy.
