Becoming a public land hunter this past season forced me to get some new equipment and explore some treestand modifications. I use sticks to climb and I purchased the hawk helium. I did the standard 1/4 inch amsteel mod and also camoed my sticks. I was concerned with kickout as I saw a guy that ended up in the hospital with a pretty bad injury. I decided to mod my sticks once More and added a lone wolf versa button To my sticks.

I put the small Hawk platform on top of the 20” stick. On my 36” sticks I put singles on them. 2 of them have 6mm rope and hose for the step.
