They're usually a gimmick, but for the 365, they add just enough girth to the grip for it to fit the hands much better. Should help with the grip angle by a minute amount, as well. The Wilson grip is thicker, so it may print more. I will add though that the grip is not thicker than the magwell funnel built into the stock grip. For me, the stock grip conceals slightly better because it's thinner. Depending on your hand size, the thicker Wilson grip might be worth the tradeoff.
