I have a 2008 KFX450R and am currently having problems. Back in 2008, the fi light kept coming on (steady). The bike came with a FMF 4.1 pipe, and wasn't tuned ran good for some time than it wouldn't start (lean). I got it tuned and the light kept reoccuring afterward, usually kicking in at about 45 minutes.Just bought 2007 KFX 50. ... it jumps forward rather than a smooth roll on response. Here is a list of what I've down so far to try to solve the problem: ~Checked Timing. ~Valves are good. ~Compression is good. ~Timing is good. ~ Put in new starter clutch (had metal shaving particles) ~New coil, cap and spark plug.
