Also be aware, that respecing could break you save, and the chances are much higher for lich path. It is known issue and is being patched but afaik it is still not fixed. It is fixed, OwlCat is just terrible at updating their pinned threads.

You end up having like a +14-18 Charisma modifier, so Incorporeal Charm, Scaled Fist, and Nature's Whisper Oracle combined is like 45-50 AC all just from your Charisma.
