I.e. 500 shares X $100/share = $50,000. Option 2- you hold out and your shares carry over to nextbridge.

The closest I heard was that all sales must be matched up with a buyer by 4pm on 12DEC and that all "trades" between then and the 14th were simply settling the exchanges of all sales made on the 12th and no additional trading would occur (ie t+2 rule).
