Seniority does not apply to assignments. If you choose to come to Netjets, be prepared to accept a 39 month equipment lock in any of the fleets. This is important to consider as you may be assigned to one of the older fleets where FDP may be practically non-existent. Netjets may have you fill out a wishlist of aircraft assignments during indoc.
While that isn't going to lead to major airline, brown, or FedEx numbers, that will still lead to a comfortable retirement with a modicum of restraint.
