TYBEE ISLAND, Ga. (WTOC) - Tybee Island is preparing for the expected return of Orange Crush. Ahead of the event, which does not have a permit from the city, road closures and parking enforcements are going into effect. Some of the changes drivers can expect this week, the 14th and 15th street parking lots will be closed as early as Wednesday.
