Re: Outer Banks in March 2021. I have been to OBX in March and had warm sunny weather and the next day cold windy rain. No predicting what it will be next year. the water will be cold, only people in water will be surfers with wet suits. You might want to try Hilton Head SC, it's warmer water there.
