I've done a lot of research on these two, mainly the sound quality. The opinions on sound quality on these two seems to be divided. For example, on the most helpful review on Amazon for the 45, the reviewer states that 45's sound quality is much worse than 35 ii's. However, on some reviews they state that 45's have a slight better sound quality.
