Warder (Soldier+Shaman) Build help. I want to try out a build that's basically a 2-handed "hunter" with a "hound" focused on Cadence, using Briarthorn (maybe with Primal Spirit with AoM) as my companion. Would appreciate some helpful tips, especially with devotions as I have no idea about that, it's a bit overwhelming for me to understand alone.

Pump points into Shaman to max out Wendigo Totem. With gear boosting Vitality/Chaos damage, you can facestomp anything until at least mid-game. Doesn't hurt that both of your attacks are AoE to clear groups before they can even reach you. Warder (Shaman/Soldier, 2h lightning) build tips. I've been having a ton of fun running through smashing things, but now I've hit Ultimate and I'm looking for some more oompf. Also I never really stopped to plan out my devotions, so they're a little haphazard. Now I'm thinking of aiming for something like this:
Occultist - bloody pox (arguably the best of all leveling skills, bound to Bat devotion) Shaman - primal strike. Inquisitor - word of pain. Oathkeeper - eye of reckoning. Demolitionist - blackwater cocktail. Arcanist - aether ray. Necromance - skeletons or ravenous earth. Soldier - blace arc. Nightblade - blade burst.
