I'm guessing that the small difference in length between the two holsters made a significant change in where the built in wedge contacted my body. As others have stated, Tenicor is fantastic and exchanged the 365 Velo for Certum with absolutely zero hassle. The Certum is very comfortable with the smaller 365. Since they're placed pretty far apart, its really difficult to get the holster off your belt (Tenicor even has a video on their Youtube channel to go over the proper technique to remove the holster). I recently got a tenicor certum 3 and went blue alpha at first. I immediately realized I didn't want the Velcro sound and just bit the bullet and got a zero belt. I was able to handle both before sending back blue alpha and even the width/stiffness is significant. If I'm going to wear it everyday for years - I'm happy I went with the zero.

Tenicor CERTUM 3 & P365XL : Is a wing/claw necessary for IWB carrying? They don't include one in the package. I reached out to them on FB an they said you don't need a claw for the 365xl & IWB carry. When carrying around 4 o'clock and adjusting the cant it fits into my body nicely so I'm thinking they might be right.
