best place imo is the crossfire mission, for there the sentients spawn always in the first 2 minutes after starting. when you do the mission in solo, the number of sentients is always 2 - with 2 or ppl, i had more of them spawned too. you could do the survival mission too, then they will spawn in regular intervals.
