The Mark IV 22/45 Lite Has a really nice ergonomic bolt stop so you can pull the bolt from the rear, and lock it in place. The safety is ambidextrous and quite nice. It has a standard magazine drop and aesthetically, it's a really fantastic-looking gun. Interestingly enough, it has a cold hammer-forged barrel.
