We are an externally-managed, agricultural REIT that was incorporated in Maryland on March 24, 2011. Our predecessor was incorporated in Delaware on May 25, 2004, and originally incorporated in California on June 14, 1997. We are primarily in the business of owning and leasing farmland; we are not a grower, nor do we farm the properties we own.
