So the Cold Boot mission for when you're completing beginner stuff on a new character is still not working. You need to beat it so you can progress the quest line and eventually unlock solar and arc subclasses on a new character, but you literally can't. Copy all DLL files in the x64 folder (there should be five files). Go back to the Destiny 2 main folder.
