I think CS 125 is relatively chill. Same with CS 173. A few of the intro classes for other engineering majors are "easy" but you've really gotta ask yourself why you're taking them. Physics 211/212 is an "easy" course. If you show up to class and do your homework it's pretty much a guaranteed A/B. That's how well the course has been set up.

The options are 357, 361, 374, and pretty much any 400 level course. 361 and 374. If you're in a scientific major (Physics/Astronomy/Atmo), CS 357 is very helpful and applicable.
