Based on my experience, Camp EDC was pretty darn safe. We locked our tent doors but we did leave shoes, a table, a cooler with food outside. Even at the pool party I would leave my camelback and towel within my sight and nobody touched them. Inside EDC is another story. Tons of pickpockets so be aware.
