The computer setup for EECS classes is always the hardest part in my opinion. 280 offers a lot of resources to help if you find yourself struggling in the class, too. I would definitely recommend staying in it. Edit: if you are on PC, I used Vscode and the setup was way easier than Visual Studio.

It's kind of hard to go wrong here. Personally I would recommend Juett. He is truly one of the kindest people to teach at the university and a great teacher too. He was my EECS adviser and really helped me deal with some personal stuff that made me take a semester off of school. His lectures were my favorite though.
