Yeah my i130 was in "being actively reviewed" status since feb 2022 (submitted aug 2021) until approval in dec 2022. Well I won't get too excited but this does seem like a good sign. Happened to me on the 19th of February and on the 22nd it changed to approved. I filed in July of 2022.It might take several months for USCIS to make a decision on the I-130.
