Hi, My litter robot periodically gets jammed during cycling. It used to be once in a blue moon but now it is getting up to a couple of times per week. I have cleaned it several times but it does not seem to help. I have also cycled the power to reboot it but to no avail. Hi I had a bit more complicated problem if this does not work for someone out here. I had litter stuck in the (black or white) sensor housing. I had to wait for the robot to stop itself, open the bonnet, detach globe slightly and clean out channel where globe sits and sensors are housed. Hope this helps someone!
