Yes an no they are the same bore and stroke but have some difference. Namely the pistons and compression ratio. The LQ4 has dished pistons and runs lower CR. Also the rods are not as good in the LQ4 either. Also the LS2 has 243 heads with higher CR. The LQ4 comes with 317 heads and a truck intake.
