I got this map just yesterday because I’m interested in starting a moose grind before EC drops, and I let the musk deer the game gives you pass because I didn’t have the proper weapon on hand to take it out and pass the harvest check, but then I kept walking towards the first outpost and saw this monster crossing with other moose and I tracked him down to a different drink zone and got him!

In my game, and could always find some south of big lake along the trail or slighly west of trail on the hills. Medved-Taiga has been delivering on the diamonds and rares lately! And that continues today with two diamond brown bears!-----...Boar can be found on better maps so I don't bother hunting them there.
