As soon as you exit the bank, the game puts you in dead eye for like 10 seconds which gives you enough time to target and disarm 3 lawmen. It took me about 10 tries. (I blew myself up with dynamite every time i miffed it, so i didn't have to go back and replay the whole mission.)
